CLASS POLICIES

All class deposits and final payments are non refundable. Scheduled classes require remaining balances to be paid the day of class. In the event you are no longer able to attend the scheduled class, please contact your instructors immediately by phone. 

 

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

When scheduling an appointment please ensure you arrive on time. All appointments have a grace period (see booking site for details) and are subject to cancellation after the grace period. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not result in any charges. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. Appointments that result in a client no-call/no-show will be charged 50% of the service total. Timeless Beauty lounge does not allow anyone to sit in during scheduled appointments who is not being serviced, this also includes children of all ages.
